Consultations
After three decades of experience in digital communications, I am now primarily working as an independent consultant. My clients include sole traders, small-to-medium enterprises, and not-for-profit organisations — within Australia and internationally.
I work remotely from my home in Goolwa, on South Australia's Fleurieu Peninsula. I can communicate with clients via telephone, video calls, messaging and email. I have capacity for face-to-face meetings in my local area and Adelaide.
Transparent and flexible consultations
I believe in providing a transparent and flexible service, without lock-in contracts. While I value ongoing relationships, I am always open to ad-hoc consultations. I want my clients to come to me when they need support, whether this is for a quick conversation or a long-term project.
Ad-hoc consultations
45-minute consultations can be easily booked and paid for online, on an as-needed basis. These are charged at a flat rate of $95 AUD.
These conversations are perfect for addressing your immediate issues and presenting digital problems for me to solve.
Retainers
Retainers allow clients to develop a long-term relationship with me, and engage my services at a lower rate. They involve purchasing a block of hours that can be used flexibly over six months. Retainers are time-tracked and can be used across these areas of digital communications:
- strategy
- audits
- training
- implementation support
- and one-on-one consultations.
Retainers can be purchased online:
- 10-hour retainer — $115 AUD per hour
- 20-hour retainer — $100 AUD per hour
I also provide custom quotes when requested.
My availability
I work Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm (ACT).
