I'm Keeta Williams, a digital communications specialist with over three decades of experience. I currently work as an independent consultant and media professional. I work with small brands and publications, in Australia and internationally.

My skill set and career story are unexpectedly diverse. However, two things have guided everything I've done: advanced internet technologies and human-centred storytelling.

The internet is undergoing the biggest shift I've seen since it was first introduced at the start of my career. People are finding, consuming and creating content in completely different ways.

Artificial intelligence is increasing the value and importance of human stories. Both brands and publications can build trust and authority through communication that connects with human experience.
